This is vintage Denby Studio stoneware, a four-pint casserole dish with handle and lid.
Denby studio tableware was released in 1961, made in stoneware it is decorated in Hares Fur glaze featuring dark brown vertical stripes and orange accents on the handle and lid. The design was not only practical in the oven but also beautiful on and dining table to serve from.
